Most hotels, halls and stands already have what the robots need. Here is the checklist we go through at the brief.
| Floor | Flat, firm and dry: stage, parquet, tiles, event flooring or short carpet. Thick carpet, gravel, sand and slopes are not suitable for dancing humanoids. |
| Performance zone | A clear area kept free of guests during a routine. For one robot a small stage or marked zone is enough; for a group we confirm the size from the routine. |
| Power | One standard socket near the robots' rest point for charging between blocks. |
| Rest point | A quiet corner or backstage area where robots wait, charge and are checked between performances. |
| Heat and outdoors | UAE daytime heat and direct sun are hard on robots and on people. Outdoor shows work best in the evening or in shade, on a flat surface. Tell us the venue and time and we advise. |
| Access and passes | For exhibition halls and hotels we register our crew with the organiser in advance. Tell us the organiser's contractor rules and set-up times. |
| Sound | For a routine to music we need a sound system or a line in from the venue's DJ; we bring the track. |
| Timing | We arrive before guests to set up and rehearse on the floor. Set-up time depends on the number of robots and is confirmed in the proposal. |
