We send a proposal
The proposal names the robots, the format, the timing on site and the price, with anything quoted separately listed on its own line.
You confirm
A deposit against our invoice holds the date, and we start show design and plan the rehearsal.
For event agencies
Agencies can paste a client brief straight into the notes field, including the run of show and any branding rules. We reply with a proposal you can forward, and we keep the same contact person from the first request to the event day.
